Susan’s Background

She is passionate about working with people and believes our purpose in life is to be all that we can be. This belief comes from Susan’s own personal life journey – experiencing dips in self-belief and confidence at times. She knows how powerful coaching and mentoring can be and has experienced the value of both helping her own success into various Senior Leadership roles. 

In 2014 and in the words of Susan Jeffers, Susan decided to “Feel the fear and do it anyway” by establishing her own coaching & training company, Coull Coaching. Using her Insights Discovery Personal Profile helped Susan develop as an Entrepreneur. Sitting in position 49 – the Supporting Helper – Susan has “walked her own talk” by stretching into different strengths to help her adapt her behaviour to reach her goals.   

Vision

Her vision for Coull Coaching is to continue to grow and develop – delivering the results & added value that makes a positive difference to the world of Organisational Learning and People Development.

Susan also has experience of being a volunteer business mentor with the Prince’s Trust in Scotland and Non Exec Director to Social Enterprise.
